This solo episode was recorded New Years Day, 2020. I share some of my resolutions for 2020, and plan ways to improve myself this coming year. This episode features Jenny, a 3rd year medical student at the time of the recording. This is the first solo episode in which I share a short story about how important fitness has been to me throughout medical school. I cannot stress enough the importance of maintaining ones physical and mental health throughout professional school. Completing school is an amazing achievement, but coming out with a sound mind and body makes that achievement even better.
