This episode has been a bit of a long time coming...we are finally talking, relationships. We don't talk about this often, because we have found that maintaining relationships in our lives has come quite naturally for us (living together with our partners for 10 years has taught us a few things), so we don't focus on it as much as we should. However, today is the day!

It finally happened...we got the COVID and it slowed us down (well, it slowed Micki down...Sam's a generator and is unstoppable!). We cancelled our first online event, Micki postponed her channeling sessions and other projects, and Sam shifted her designing to only work from home (while Nick did all of her running around - lol).

So what happens when your are forced to slow down? You start to ask yourself what is happening energetically - at least that's what we always do. Is this our ego's way of preventing us from taking the next leap? Is it self sabotage? OR is it your body's way of telling you to slow down and rest? How do you tell the difference?

What we do know, is that the Universe is always supporting us. Even if we need to slow down. Even if we feel like we are getting nothing done. As Sam discovered, you don't need to be sick in order to receive support from others and the Universe. But sometimes it takes slowing down to realize how supported you really are.

Listen in as we discuss Sam's awareness/experience of her energetic up levelling and as we contemplate the difference between holding ourselves back from the next big leap and purposefully slowing down when our body rest.
