The President announced that our troops will be leaving Afghanistan and coming home.

What will this mean for the returning troops for jobs and adjusting to no longer being in combat?  Are we as a society ready for their return with proper treatment facilities for mental health issues many suffer and will suffer?  We are still in an economic recovery so where will they get jobs to sustain themselves and their families?

On Wednesday January 9, 2012 10 Year old Jade Morris was laid to rest.

Many locals here in Las Vegas know that she met her tragic end of live allegedly at the hands of a family friend. It touched me deeper than I thought.  To see the eulogy, click here:
