Mitt Romney has picked Paul Ryan as his vice presidential running mate.  Paul Ryan, a Congressman and architect of the republican’s financial plan to reignite the American economy.  It has budget cuts for many social programs including education and more.  Also it has many tax breaks for the top 1%.  Will this help Mitt Romney in his quest for the white house or hurt him.
