That’s the heart behind Parkville Promise — 10 months of bold, over-and-above generosity to transform the former Colony Theater on Harford Road into a vibrant ministry center serving thousands in the Parkville community. Through expanded outreach and the Epicenter, we believe lives will be changed physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
