I promised you, Podience, when we embarked upon this auditory journey, this would be an anthology series. This terrifying, exhilarating Chemohawk Sessions excursion remains linked to both my past cancer and present Othello. How? You ask. I testify here, and fstars now, that engrossing stories and professional podcasts, such as Borrasca, afforded me a free therapy, the therapy of distraction, whilst enduring chemotherapy; Othello loyally perched on my lap while I listened. Here, Red Devil and I will inspect, dissect and reflect on each episode of the haunting, daunting auditory experience, Borrasca. In part, this serves as sheer celebration for this auditory story we both found discomforting comfort in, the tale's source material as fictional as it is frictional for, like a gorgeous grotesquery, you are both engulfed and repulsed by the subject matter in concert. We'll present our roundtable recap of each episode, in sequential, episodic order, thus remaining true to our dual mission: mining deep mysteries of Drisking's mines and opining warming words for this cold-blooded horror show.
