Our Spiritual Mothers, Episode One

This is the first in a five part series. In Lent of 2021, Fr. Thomas presented some of the great spiritual mothers of the earlier centuries of Christianity. Included with these biographies was discussion about the place of women in the Church, and what the memory of these particular saints says about what the Church values.

Episode One is about the first five centuries, and includes brief biographies of Thecla, Perpetua, Syncletica, Marcella, Macrina, and Mary of Egypt.
