Our Taste Is Trash

Decorate the tree, spike the egg nog, and unravel the Christmas lights, because this month is all about holiday movies. This week Josh selected his favorite holiday flick, "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation", streaming now on HBO Max. Jade attempts to describe the offsides rule as she recaps Ted Lasso. And they both give their Top 5 Holiday Films. (Hint: They are nearly all the same). This is the #1 podcast for Elf on the Shelf. 

Josh and Jade finally get around to reviewing the Tampa based film, Zola (2020), discuss their holiday traditions, and discover why Ted Lasso won all the Emmys. Josh and Jade collectively may have watched 64 percent of new releases on Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu this week. They review Disney/Marvel's latest super-hero flick, Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings and discuss Jade's mystery mixed CDs dating from the the first part of the millennium. Skip the Christmas music and family political landmine discussions this Thanksgiving and stuff your ears with this episode of "Our Taste is Trash". 

It's taken 18 shows and 9 minisodes, but the day is finally here...Josh and Jade put on their cowboy boots and ten-gallon hats to talk about their favorite Western films and review Netflix's latest gunslinging flick, "The Harder They Fall" (2021). This episode features Josh and Jade's Top 5 Westerns, favorite (and least favorite) titles from Disney + Day, and Free Britney propaganda. On this Monday Movie Review, Josh and Jade discover the film "Little Monsters" (Netflix) (2019), and not the one with Fred Savage, and debate how a pandemic could have hidden this delight of a flick. They also rank their top zombie movies and both bemoan and rave about their recent watches. 

This is our longest episode ever! But it's only because Halloween movies might be our favorite thing to talk about.
