Have you ever been in so much turmoil you couldn't even pray?
You just found yourself screaming, but not necessarily knowing what to even say to God?
If we are honest, we may find ourselves in this place more often than we know. The fact is - prayer does not always come easily.
We are often distracted. We are busy. It is hard to quiet our souls, and to even know where to start and how to pray.
But that is why today's passage in Romans 8 is so critically relevant - Romans 8:26-27
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
