- French Gimli-et ...er….Gimlet
- 2 Oz Gin
- 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- .5 oz lime juice
- Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge (or if you haven’t gone grocery shopping in a while like me, use the dehydrated lime wheels you’ve been storing).
