Jack is a trans man in his late 40s, who by his own admission, has been through the whole LGBTQ+ rainbow in his ongoing search for his true self.

We discuss what helped him through the different stages of this journey, how he has navigated parenting through transition and beyond, and, importantly, what gives him hope despite the ongoing challenges of living life as a trans person.

Having very recently come out as a lesbian, Freddie only began to realise she likes women as her marriage to a man came to an end and after she had been diagnosed as autistic.
