If your friend came to you complaining about their relationship, how would you respond?

During a podcast, a famous athlete was asked why he wasn't married. He then stated that it was easier for him to pay 3, 4, or however much it costs for relations because of everything that comes with a relationship.

Now that we are in the age of social media and everyone feels that they have to post every aspect of their lives, more people are starting to feel this way? This could be a situationship, and both parties are getting something out of it, but anonymity is the most important thing. Two professional people enjoy one another's company.

Some may say that they wouldn't be in this type of situation, but you are paying a baby mama or dropping money at a strip club (just something to think about). This situation doesn't just apply to men either. Women are just a little more discret in their movements.

I watched an Instagram video of a young lady who had a conversation with her mother and grandmother about why attention was given to some siblings and grandchildren and not her and her children. They both stated that she was strong and had her head on straight, and they didn't have to worry about her. She stated that while she is independent and strong, she needed love as well. Due to not receiving that, she found love isolation. Have you been deemed "the strong one" and how did/do you move through the world, what is your relationship with your family? If you have deemed your child as "strong" how do you make that correction, and how do you move forward with your relationship with your child(ren).
