As part of the submissions for the inaugural UC Awards we spoke to award nominee Fuze about their year so far, the main industry trends impacting them, and their plans for 2019. Fuze are one of the cloud-based unified communications companies that are growing most rapidly. Their holistic portfolio which includes voice, video and collaboration solutions has gained real traction with customers and has increased speculation about a potential IPO. Today we have a look back at 2018 from their perspective and also look ahead to the future.
