We got schooled today. Slauson will ride off on his horse since Nicole confirmed squat till you poop is legit. 

Nicole was born in Staten Island, NY.  She was a division 1 basketball player at Hofstra University in Long Island, NY where she graduated with a degree in Exercise Science.  Nicole found CrossFit in college as an intern and soon after graduation began coaching and competing in the sport.

Today Slauson received some good guidance on how to fix his broken body and why the best lineman squat after football games. Woodhead stepped on the stage and went off on people who think twitter is serious.
