Hi everyone, this week I spoke with Amy Gervin and Ronan Mccabe AKA ditchinthe9to5 about all things travel and finding yourself.

This was one of the most interesting conversations I've had so far as they talk about their decision to quit their jobs and go travelling, some travel hacks to get the best out of your time away without having to spend loads of money, the beauty of travelling around Ireland, finding themselves and their passions along the way and how they turned their passion into a career. They also speak about the highs and lows of their job, how they find doing all this together as a couple and what their future plans are.

Amy and Ronan are so humble and down to earth and I loved speaking with them!!

This is the second episode of Out of Sight and I was joined with one of my best friends Therese O'Callaghan. Therese growing up struggled with her body image and also her weight loss journey after trying a number of unsustainable yo-yo diets. After always feeling like the odd one out her whole life, she made the move to London (we moved in together and became best friends) and after a few months of continuing to binge drink and have an unhealthy relationship with food, she decided to try a TikTok challenge called '75 soft'... the rest is history.

This podcast goes through every emotion but it's an inspiring story of how you can change your life around at any point.
