All is quiet in the beta site bunker as everyone is sleeping on the decision to whether or not take an active role in the race against Serena to free Lilith.  But that quiet is disturbed when Dani has a nightmare and unknowingly summons flames in the sleeping quarters.  Arana decides it's time to help Dani get a basic control over this power by facing the past.

The stage is set and the world is in danger of needing to fight through a third dark age.  Ailwyn is out to visit an old acquaintance to gather powerful artifacts and weapons as a precaution for a fight.  He must keep his guard up since this acquaintance is a legend for his wit.

Arana and Danielle have finally found Tanya and we're given a glimpse into their relationship.  All the while, there is some concern for General Caldwell as he is dangerously close to death, but will he stay dead...or come back different?

Still trapped in the hospital trying to find a way to get out.  The group get's some relief but that relief is short lived.  Can they get out before these creatures get to them?  And when they do, what will meet them on the outside?

The world is full of mysteries.  And each mystery has it's own mysteries.  We now see a new layer of the world with Arana, a whimsical witch with a serious side.  She is visited by long time friend and Grand Coven member Ailwyn to be given the task of of training Dani.

David, Lena and Chris have been pinned down by unknown creatures while trying to retrieve medicine needed for Mya's care.  As they struggle to keep the creatures out of the room, David makes a call to Izzy to alert them of their situation.   Its then that they learn that light may be their best shot at getting out alive.  So Isabelle, Luther and Vanessa head out to try to bring a little light to the building.

In a hurry the group has now made it to the hospital in search of a way to help stop the infection that has afflicted Mya.  When they arrive all seems calm but then they learn from someone inside that everything is not as it seems.

When we last saw the group they had just escaped their bunker from an attack by werewolves.  On the drive they were asked to assist someone named "Doc" who is stranded with no way to escape.  They are now about to be exposed to even more of this new world.
