Welcome to No. 27! We've made it to the 27 club...hopefully we'll make it out alive. (Please tell us someone understands this reference!) In this episode we introduce ourselves to black musician and composer, Harry Burleigh, who was instrumental (no pun intended) in developing characteristically American music. Burleigh also introduced Antonin Dvorak to Black American music. How have we never heard of him before??
