It's great to have goals, aspirations, and things that we want to accomplish. While these are great to have, sometimes we can get lost in the process— we focus more on the destination than the journey. We start to only see the to do list, the check boxes to check, and all we want to do is hurry up and get to the finish line. Only to find that as soon as we complete our goal, we set a new one. Over time, we can get addicted, even obsessed, to the completing or accomplishing of something which can lead to feeling unfulfilled. It's so easy to forget that success is actually about the process, the journey, not the end result.
