(This is a very special podcast in real time and real life. You will get to enjoy Zelle nibbling on my paper, our rooster crowing up a storm, a plane flying overhead, my daughters chatting, and my youngest singing in the background as she swings nearby. It's quite the "listening experience" LOL!!)

1. How horses see the world and how learning this gave me a deeper understanding of why they react the way they do.
2. Learning to be curious and begin understanding why I react the way I do.
3. Why connection to ourselves is so important and how to begin.
Update on our home schooling decision. My story of learning to ride with "clipless pedals" and what it taught me ;).
Realizing how stuck I feel in an area of my life brings me to read a recent blog post I wrote. Turns out I have been home schooling for 11 years and never felt the freedom to speak my truth. This episode is very vulnerable and raw and I don't have the answers. But I encourage everyone to not settle for anything less than what sets their soul free.
We put too much pressure on ourselves and our kids to figure out what we want to be when we grow up. Instead we can be the person we want to be TODAY by planning and taking small steps each day.
