It's folks like amateur golfer Ashley Jones, that made me want to do this podcast! Ashley has been playing this game for 25 years and she's what I would call, a true "avid golf fan".

Ashley has been coaching a girl's golf team and she's on her way to becoming a certified PGA professional instructor.

It was a pleasure to speak with and learn about her journal and love for the game.

Jamie has spent the majority of her life, playing or working in the game of golf. And she and I discuss the journey that the game has taken her on, the impact she's making on, not only black golf, but the golfing industry as a whole.

During our conversation, Al and I spoke about his introduction to the sport of golf and where he would like to see black folks role in the sport taken to. And how the love for the game, has caused him to not only start a golf apparel company, but to fully submerge himself in the sport.
