In this podcast I get into why its important to test your gear out in a controlled setting such as your backyard. I go over the importance of understanding how to put up your tent and preparing your gear. Also why its ok to buy "budget gear" if you are new to camping. 

In episode 4 we get into why in a world where there are so many resources to learn about fishing and Hunting its important to learn the basics and build a good foundation. 

In this episode I talk with Neal Wilkinson guide and tournament angler from Colorado. Neal owns and operates Rocky Mountain Adventure guides where he guides on various bodies of water in Colorado. He also runs a couple Facebook pages for the latest reports and updates on Colorado fishing. We talk about what got him started chasing those fish from shore at night,where he has multiple fish over 30 inches including a 34 inch fish that was caught and released and stood as a state C&R record for some time. Neal is also a Co-Angler on the National Walleye Tournament trial. Every state puts out some kind of brochure that either gives you information about hunting , Fishing ,boating or overall outdoor activities. These brochures contain great information on how to apply for hunting or fishing license and the rules and regulations that you need to know. In this episode I go through a couple pages of the new 2020 Colorado Fishing and Hunting brochures.
