Parents. Get your kids in better shape. It's being reported that 1 in 5 kids in US are Prediabetic. That is horrible. This is a problem in parenting in my opinion. It is extremely easy to keep kids in a healthy shape. Get up. Take your kids outside. Or atleast wrestle around and play with them. Your children NEED you to teach them to be healthy.
