So, Anna Lee is a big part in the Outlast 2 Game. Even though she isn't really a character that you encounter in the game she is still a big part. She what part of the Testament of the new Ezekiel. Daughter Of Ethan and Mary. She was also 15 and molested by the cult leader Sullivan Knoth. Her father helped her get away which led him to be kicked out and killed by Marta. Anna Lee soon was murdered by Pauline Glick at the hospital.
