At a time of economic uncertainty, there may be employers considering a downsizing or restructuring exercise in order to reduce costs which could result in roles being made redundant. Wildwood Coaching provides Outplacement Services and Redundancy Advice for employers. They work with HR professionals to support them at any stage in the process and offer a range of Individual and Group Outplacement Support Programmes.
