A true connaisseur and a timeless collector of grooves with an eclectic and encyclopedic (maybe even biblical) knowledge, the DJ known as Octupone has been creating his melting pot of sounds and textures with his emotionally charged sets for over three decades. Twenty episodes! I can't believe it. I am really thankful that this was possible and is still going on.

I learned through the first episodes and made a few changes. I always wanted each episode to be as unique as possible and having the same cover felt not right so I redid them all, including individual trailers on my instagram page.

And one last thing: For the first time in this podcasts history I did not use visuals from the nice walkers on youtube (Rambalac, actionkid105, watched walker, Wanna Walk)... I shot the video myself in mid September. I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I enjoy hosting this podcast.

When I uploaded Outro Podcast Episode 1, I thought about upcoming Deep House Sets, Tech House, Dub Techno, HipHop & RnB and maybe even some Drum & Bass. I never imagined that I'd have a Latin Downtempo Slowhouse Set on the show. But here we are.

About two months ago @danielsan_music sent me a message, showed me what his idea was for an episode and simply blew my mind. A few days later he uploaded the podcast episode which has been on rotation for a good month now and I am so glad to finally release this masterpiece.

Daniel is a multiinstrumentalist from Stuttgart who walks through the genres without hesitation and started making his own tracks and edits lately. For Outro Podcast 15 he picked some brilliant Latin Downtempo tracks and mixed them into a slowly driving story of which I enjoy every second.

Episode 14 comes from Zurich, Switzerland. Moritz, aka @eherso, send me a message some weeks ago and asked if he could be on the show. I checked out his sets and to be honest, this was a no-brainer. Moritz has an amazing track selection, knows his way around Deep and Tech House and sets a perfect mood throughout his mixes. Even though, from what he told me, his first experiences with music were not perfect. In basic school, he was asked to play the triangle in time. He did not know what that meant but now he records podcasts and hosts parties in off-venues around Zurich, so that turned out pretty great.

It was a starry night when I entered @Pracht, an amazing, little Bar close to Frankfurts Main Station, a few weeks ago. I was immediately hooked by the music which was a lovely mix between passionate and pressuring deep and tech house tracks, incredibly well selected. So I messaged this nights DJ and asked him if he wanted to play a set for the podcast...
