In this first episode we introduce the first Outisde In producer/presenters : Richie, Louis and Nico. They all worked for National Prison Radio whilst serving time in HMP Brixton at different times.

They are joined by the Head of Talent Development for the Prison Radio Association - Nancy Prentice, who worked with them all in HMP Brixton. They discuss their journey from working  National Prison Radio to working on Outside In with NPR after release and more.
