The Outside In team visits Dusty Knuckle Bakery in Dalston, where Mo spent three months working after his release, gaining valuable experience and barista skills. They chat with members of the team, including founder Max and Frank, who joined the bakery after leaving prison.

The episode also takes us to Switchback in Shoreditch, an organization that supports people three months prior to their release from prison and helps connect them to opportunities like Dusty Knuckle. We hear from Tashan, a former Switchback participant who has been out of prison for nearly three years and now works as a mentor, helping others rebuild their lives.

Abdul Bangura shares how he went from being on the wing ( in prison) to setting up a food business after prison (selling wings) to selling airplane parts ( selling wings). He talks about how a chance encounter with a business man in prison changed his life.
