Outside TG

Jeff, Tonya, and Charlie are back to discuss another week full of successful hunters leading into this week's Wisconsin gun deer opener. For more, go to outsidetg.com.

Since last week's podcast didn't work, Charlie and Tonya hit the podcast studio this week and took a long call from Jeff to get caught up on everything happening in the pool over the past two weeks. I hope you have along drive, because this week's episode covers over 20 deer taken in the past few weeks, and takes an unexpected early detour into the WIAA High School Football Tournament. We also give away this week's prize. To see more go to outsidetg.com.

Jeff calls in from the road to join Charlie and new guest host Tonya. They talk about another week in the buck pool and then get into a conversation with Charlie about his work as a Poll Worker/Election Inspector. They also give out another raffle prize for the buck pool. To learn more check out outsidetg.com.

We have a jam packed episode this week. Jeff and Charlie are joined by Wisconsin Rapids Account Manager Wayne Glen to talk about his time as a parent and coach of a high school mountain biker. Wayne explains how high school mountain biking works, how he got involved, and what life is like during mountain biking season. Before that Jeff and Charlie give a brief update on the TG Buck Pool and hand out a few more raffle prizes. Click here to see some pics of Wayne and his son Levi with the SPASH mountain biking team. Go to wisconsinmtb.org to learn more about the Wisconsin Interscholastic Cycling League.

Jeff and Charlie break down everything happening in the buck pool and go down a few other tangents, including the Breast Cancer Awareness events at TG and deer shining.

Travis Tlachac joins Casey, Jeff, and Charlie to talk about his recent trip to Wyoming. The guys also discuss early successes in the buck pool, the youth hunt, and some bear hunting. Learn more at outsidetg.com.

Jeff, Casey, and Charlie discuss a slow opening weekend and award the first prize of the season. Casey shares information on Apex Outdoor Rewards Challenges.

Casey re-joins the team this week as we talk about the upcoming Wisconsin bowhunting season and get a great story about Casey's son's first buck taken recently in Kansas. Also, enjoy the continuing saga of tinkering with audio settings on our new board when Jeff causes chaos by joining the podcast late.
