Connection requires us to be congruent, present, and fully functioning in the moment. Congruent means that what is in your subconscious brain aligns with your conscious brain and your energetic resonance is unrestricted and receptive. Being present requires you to be fully or beautifully aware as I like to call it to yourself, your surroundings. There is no room for judgment, or thoughts of what if, or worry about performance. When you are functioning fully in the moment, everything disappears except for you and the horse, there is nothing except what is, no expectations, just acceptance, willingness to be, trust in what is, and the honesty to be unveiled.
