"I thought this was Weedmaps territory! How do these badges work?!" Well you know what? That's a good ass question, and it's the crux of what today's Outsmoken is about! We often hear 🌿🌿characterized as a gateway drug, and while much of the debate is spent justifying or refuting the use of the term, today, we're going to pivot it. 🌿🌿serves as a gateway to a lot of things, least of all critical thought about the system in which we live! With the surging popularity of brands like Fresh Baked, and seeing what CloneGuy is pumping out, it really has us wondering, are we witnessing the rise of the "Long Beach Craft Cultivation Culture?" 🕰️🕰️

🤔🤔 How do y'all feel about T-breaks? For the uninitiated, a tolerance break is a deviation from the routine consumption of 🌿🌿, resetting your body's ability to metabolize THC. 🌱🌱 Is six plants too restrictive? When California voted the AUMA into effect, it came with all sorts of provisions that we get to examine with now, almost three years later, to determine just how flawed the structure of these laws are.  So on today's episode of Outsmoken, @elijah__avery poses the question: Is the adult use limitation of six plants too strict on enthusiasts and home gardeners with a penchant for cultivating 🌿🌿?

"What I really think it is is a sh***y stopgap for curtailing commercial 🌿🌿cultivation activity without the corporate elite getting their cut. Hindsight is 20/20, but we've seen how this has played out so far. Entering the legal market has a plethora of obstacles, including a sort of 'pay-to-play' licensing system that prevents potential entreprenuers without high volumes of disposable capital from entering the space with anything resembling brand momentum."  💩💩
