🌱🌱 Is six plants too restrictive? When California voted the AUMA into effect, it came with all sorts of provisions that we get to examine with now, almost three years later, to determine just how flawed the structure of these laws are.  So on today's episode of Outsmoken, @elijah__avery poses the question: Is the adult use limitation of six plants too strict on enthusiasts and home gardeners with a penchant for cultivating 🌿🌿?

"What I really think it is is a sh***y stopgap for curtailing commercial 🌿🌿cultivation activity without the corporate elite getting their cut. Hindsight is 20/20, but we've seen how this has played out so far. Entering the legal market has a plethora of obstacles, including a sort of 'pay-to-play' licensing system that prevents potential entreprenuers without high volumes of disposable capital from entering the space with anything resembling brand momentum."  💩💩
