We all grew up learning what others before us have taught us.

This topic was the main reason I created this podcast.

In the last episode I share my background, growing up Catholic and how I developed my own thoughts on spirituality. 

This episode dives into just that. I share my spiritual views, and why it is so important to find your authenticity and honour it. 

I am no expert in spirituality, religion, or anything like that. I am simply expressing my opinion and experiences, and accept that we are all different and have different views on life.

What's true for me, may not be true for you and that's okay. My goal is to get others spending time with themselves, thinking about what it is that they truly desire from this lifetime, without the false imprint of societal standards.

Raw and unedited, I talk about evolving from my catholic background, what I believe now, and how I am using that as self development. Developing intuition and using that to guide me along my path, and learning what my truth is .

This was a really tough experience for me, but I put in effort to make a change within myself in order to change how I treat people. 

We have to evolve in order to grow. This is an intro to my journey of evolving, and how I got to where I am today. 

It hasn't been easy, but I am learning to take the negative, and change it to something positive in my life. I am learning more about who I am, where I want to be, and how I can get there.

I wanted to share this journey because this is a transformative time in life, and we are all going to be going through these changes, and we all need to support one another.
