Hola feliz y bendecido inicio de año; querida comunidad de full deportes, el día de hoy tengo el placer de iniciar el 2024 con una rutina de entrenamiento súper explosiva para piernas y todo el tren inferior. Rutina potente que pueden realizar al aire libre poniendo el maximo empeño, concentración y disciplina para obtener resultados a corto plazo. Los musculosos inferiores son los más difícil de desarrollar por eso es recomendable trabajarlos al menos tres veces a la semana dejando un día de descanso de por medio. Hacer estiramientos o calistenias para inicial es lo esencial al menos 10 0 15 minutos. En esta oportunidad realizo 4 series de 25 repeticiones para cada ejercicio; los invito a ver toda la rutina donde inicio con sentadillas básicas, sentadilla con patada al aire, zancadas hacia adelante, sentadilla sumo y sentadilla con salto. 5 movimientos que espero les guste y lo practiquen.

Para iniciar mi entrenamiento es necesario poner el cuerpo a tono para evitar lesiones y entrar en calor, es por eso que realizo los siguientes movimientos antes de empezar de lleno con mi rutina.

Luego de hacer el respectivo calentamiento, inicio con la primera serie de ejercicios; cabe destacar que todos los movimientos los realizo solo con mi peso corporal.
Sentadillas Básicas: Este tipo de práctica son la base para empezar a fortalecer el tren inferior, nos ayuda a ir teniendo equilibrio y la estabilidad corporal además de tonificar; glúteos, cuádriceps, gemelos, aductores, isquiotibiales entre otros. De manera no directa nos ayuda a tonificar el abdomen y la espalda. Debemos tener una buena postura, con los pies colocados al ancho de los hombros apuntando hacia afuera, la espalda recta, bajando y subiendo de manera coordinada con la mirada hacia el frente.

Zancadas hacia adelante: Es un ejercicio súper explosivo que no debe faltar en tu rutina; si lo ejecutamos a la perfección obtendremos piernas de acero y estabilidad corporal ya que tonifica y resalta el cuádriceps femoral y el glúteo mayor. Iniciamos dejando un pie atrás fijo, mientras el otro lo llevamos hacia delante llevando un paso al frente bajando la cadera y subimos para repetir el mismo movimiento con el otro pie que dejamos fijo al principio.

Sentadilla de sumo: Se realiza con las piernas un poco más separadas o abiertas, con los pies apuntando hacia afuera, bajando los glúteos hacia atrás, manteniendo la espalda recta y sacando el pecho, al subir la fuerza debe hacerse en las piernas. Son movimientos que nos ayudan a fortalecer, las pantorrillas, aductores, glúteo maximo y medio y fortalece los cuádriceps.

Sentadilla con salto: Trabajamos la estabilidad, el equilibrio y el ritmo cardiaco; es un movimiento que debe hacerse de manera sincronizado para no perder el ritmo al igual que el resto de las demás sentadillas trabaja casi o todos los músculos del tren inferior solo que requiere un poco más de condición física por lo exigente del ejercicio. Al ejecutar el ejercicio debemos tener en cuenta que al momento hacer el salto, las rodillas deben quedar en un ángulo de 90 grados y hacer repetir el movimiento.
