This week is a quick take on our weight loss journeys - shout out to intermittent fasting! We also touch on our thoughts about complimenting those around us on things beyond their appearance.
Brittany also uses the phrase "thicka than a snicka," so obviously it's a must-listen.
Our first guest is here! Our friend Torie - @toriefager @highlandclayco - joins us to walk us through her love story with her husband Kyle and how they navigated the ups and downs of their wedding planning, having to consider all the factors associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you love LOVE like we do, or are interested to hear what it's like to hold a wedding in 2020, listen on!
We really dive into our mental health history this week. Depression and anxiety are a huge part of our stories. Veronica also reveals for the first time publicly that she was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) a few years ago.

Brittany shares her very personal journey to getting sober. She explains which major life events led her to realize she had a problem and the steps that got her to today where she is coming up on a year without alcohol.

Brittany is a conservative. Veronica is a liberal. On paper, we just don't make sense. This week we talk about how we have a solid friendship despite our political views. We touch on our views on guns and Jesus, but overall we talk about what we think the world needs more of: compassion, love and respect.
We do NOT have any desire to sway anyone to join either party or to start an argument. We are simply sharing how we've maintained our nearly decade-long friendship.
2020 has been quite the year. This episode, Veronica talks about what it's been like being unemployed during the COVID-19 pandemic and details how she's coped with the uncertainty on top of her mental health struggles. From filing for unemployment, going on Medicaid to being ghosted by recruiters and hiring managers and making a move across the country, we talk about it all.
October 10 is World Mental Health Day. We want you to know you are not alone, and our DMs and e-mail are open to all if you need a kind ear.
Brittany and Veronica introduce you to... well, themselves! They are best friends who are VERY different. Different cultures, different upbringings, different almost everything! They are excited to welcome you to their new show which will dive into mental health issues, current events, interview their amazing friends and so much more.
