September is recognized as Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. Today we sat down with the Senior Life Solutions team at Box Butte General Hospital to discuss the importance of mental health and wellness. 

They shared how to support an individual who may be struggling with their mental health, some of the warnings signs of suicide, and much more. Brian is an Alliance native and has spent the last 20+ years getting a very impressive education, raising a family, and living in a few different regions of the country. He has returned home to practice medicine as a Primary Care Sports Medicine provider and we must say, having him here is pretty great!
