Whether military affiliated or not, living far away from the ones you want to surround you and your kids can be really tough. But for Kaila and Leslie this does not change their confidence in their choices to live far from home, it just means there are more logistics involved when it comes to getting help and also maintaining the relationships that matter the most to them and the relationships they want their children to have.
