The Premier League served up an all-time classic final day of the season as Manchester City came from two goals down - scoring 3 goals in 5 minutes with 15 minutes remaining; Liverpool push City to the edge with late winner against Wolves; Chelsea and Tottenham lock down 3rd and 4th place respectively and a spot in next year's Champions League; Burnley stutter against Crystal Palace on the final day; Leeds take advantage by beating Brentford, sealing Jesse Marsch's Leeds Premier League fate and doom Burnley to the Championship. 

City go into the final day one point ahead of Liverpool after their draw at West Ham; Liverpool need Gerrard's Aston Villa to beat City to claim Klopp's second title; Spurs' crucial North London derby spanking of Arsenal puts a Champions League spot in their control; Arsenal follow a 3-0 derby defeat with a terrible loss at Newcastle as their Champions League hopes fade; Chelsea essentially lock 3rd place; Leeds, Burnley and Everton scrap to avoid relegation.

Major news for Chelsea FC this week as owner Roman Abramovich, the most prominent natural gas Russian oligarch, was officially sanctioned by the U.K. government. That means his assets are frozen, including Chelsea, leading to bizarre consequences for the club.
