Today we're talking about unplugging. Our minds race enough, you add the constant barrage of junk we see on our phones, this only fills our brains with more junk.
If you are struggling to quiet the mind down, we encourage you to put the phone down and take a walk in nature. There are studies that show that those that were out in nature had less blood flow to the regions of the brain associated with rumination (the cycle of thoughts).
