Episode 7 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ended with "To Be Continued," so Dom and Kyla had to discuss it together. Episode 7 begins with the aftermath of the Rachel Zoe cast dinner, and the drama doesn’t die. In fact, the large themes of Episodes 7 and 8 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are partnership and judgment, with Amanda continuing to act like she should get extra credit for being a new cast member of an established show; learn the rules of the game.
Boz has her best friend, Summer, in town, and we get to see a lot of throwback images of Boz in high school and hear about moving from Ghana to Colorado and the culture shock that she encountered. Boz, Kyle, and Dorit have dinner together and are introduced to Summer when and Mo surprises the group. Kyla was irritated because she thought Mo might have been tracking Kyle, and also, grand gestures give Kyla the ick. It is too close to being love-bombed.
Rachel Zoe and Erika hang out and discuss Amanda’s exit from Rachel’s party and Amanda’s announcement of her child’s death.
Amanda and Eddie invite Kyle and Maurico over to tour the house and see how Amanda has changed it. Dom & Kyla continue to wonder whether Amanda and Kyle are friends or if Amanda used the purchase of Kyle’s home as a way to get onto the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Which is a form of manifesting, but it is also poking a lot of holes into the “friendship” with Kyle.
Kyle and Mo have a sweet moment when he comforts Kyle because she gets overwhelmed with emotions nd nostalgia in their old house. Dom shares how Kyle’s house was essentially a character of the RHOBH show, and it is good to see the home again, even with Amanda in it.
Kyle is hosting Erika and Dorit’s birthday dinner, and there are a lot of fireworks, but no birthday cake. Amanda sulks at the table after accusing Dorit of verbally accosting her at Rachel’s dinner. Rachel is distracted by leaked news of her filing for divorce, the announcement that she does not expect to be judged by the cast members, and the need to leave the meal early.
While Boz and Dorit support Rachel, Kyla predicts that Amanda was jealous of Rachel’s attention because Amanda did not receive what she felt was adequate support at Rachel’s dinner.
