4 questions to ask yourself

1. Who told you that you have to hustle or grind in order to be successful? Where did that idea come from? Was it something you saw or heard growing up as a child, was it from a mentor, someone else who is ‘successful’ in your industry, a guru you follow on youtube  etc. 
2. Where in your business do you feel forced, unaligned and inauthentic that you’ve been ignoring? (ex o
3. What if you could work less, make more, have fun, wake up without guilt, not put your health, relationship or social life on the back burner and not only make more money but grow more? Can you allow yourself to go there, to think about that and accept that as a way of growing. Remember your business = your rules, are you following YOUR rules or are you following someone else's rules and trying to fit or force yourself into a mold that doesn’t feel like you
4. Implementation: write out all the things you THINK you need to do in order to be a high level CEO, this could be waking up at 5am everyday, hitting an income goal every month no matter what, giving up TV and hanging out with friends until you hit a goal, listening to youtube videos that are all about rise and grind to give you motivational, ignoring the red flags of sleep and exhaustion

Then I want to you write out beside each one where that came from, why you believe it to be true, and if you truly believe it and final question does it make you happy, does it bring you joy and are all of these things that you THINK make a high level CEO making you feel like that, or is making you feel like something else
