Allow yourself to feel the feelings that are associated with your regret whether it is sadness, anger, or disappointment.

Forgive yourself - “Do the best you can until you know better and when you know better, do better.” -Maya Angelou

What can I learn? If you don't learn from the experience you will continue to make the same mistake.

Look forward not backward - Look forward to where you want to go.

CHOOSE to let go - regret is just holding you in pain and you don’t deserve that.
