Corey Green is a very successful karate instructor. He overcame his childhood of low self-esteem, low confidence, social awkwardness, and not knowing if or where he fits into society. Because of this, childhood school "friends" bullied him. He even experienced various forms of bullying in adulthood. Through perseverance and determination, he overcame his past to become a success. He is now passing forward his life experiences.

How do you overcome being down? It is very common to be down because of environmental factors. How do we help ourselves out of a slump? However, taking action frequently results in satisfaction. That satisfaction can and frequently will lift you out of a slump because you helped someone out of their slump.
