As I was crafting the information page for my "Get Your Vibe Right" membership, the term "ambition fatigue" flowed out of me. It perfectly captured what I noticed in many women today – relentless pressure to excel in every role and constantly chase bigger goals. Societal expectations often push us to constantly strive for bigger and better goals, which can lead to burnout and a sense of imbalance. We're expected to give, give, and give without refueling ourselves.

While striving for goals and accomplishments is important, an excessive focus on constant achievement can be unsustainable and detrimental to your overall well-being.
