Jamica McClammy is a certified health coach helping women thrive at work and at home by increasing physical activity, managing stress, and setting healthy boundaries. She is a solopreneur and owner of Living Your Desk Life, LLC, which she started in June 2025 to support women working in remote and hybrid settings; remote work is a path Jamica began herself in 2020.
With 15 years of experience as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, Jamica educates her clients on staying active and preventing repetitive stress injuries while working at their desks. Having struggled with burnout herself, she now guides her clients to regain energy, improve focus, and succeed without sacrificing their well-being.
