In this episode I open about some struggles I've been facing in my mental health, and how I overcame my most recent depressive episode. I give a life update in this episode and also updates for this podcast by introducing Creative Fridays which will be the type of episodes I'll do on Fridays. Which will be separate from my Monday episodes that are going to be episodes based on series that I do. Which for example my current series, Change Series will be posted on Mondays and every series I do going forward. I elaborate in this episode what I'll be posting on Fridays and this episode is an example of a Chit-Chat episode. Which I recently just changed to L'Chats which I love that because we are talking about some real topics, and having genuine discussions, so it's more than a Chit-Chat lol. I also share practical tips on how I overcome depression. This episode was a vulnerable one and I get really, real, I was a bit anxious at first. But L'Sayz Podcast is my safe space to be my most vulnerable, genuine, authentic self and I was that in this episode.
