Overcoming Depression

1. Get rid of selfishness

2. Leverage on what God has done for you

3. Humble yourself under the man of God

4. Casting all your care upon God for God care for you

5. Be sober (Have a clear mind about everything)

6. Look for your Titus (Titus is that person when the world is against you, he/she love you).
