We all feel different emotions that we can feel a deep connection to. With me, food and emotions can sometimes go hand and hand. We all have our favorite comfort foods, and we enjoy them throughout the year. But when stress, sadness, or frustration hits, suddenly, that food becomes the comfort you crave. It's not about hunger; it's about trying to fill an emptiness that food cannot truly satisfy. You eat to soothe, to escape, to numb. But after the momentary relief, guilt and regret often follow, leaving you stuck in a cycle that feels impossible to break. On today’s episode, Tony Wechsler and Hannah Deacon are going to discuss “Overcoming Emotional Eating.”
