Have you ever felt simultaneously excited bouncing out of your seat to share something with someone , maybe a good idea or a recent win, and also terrified that they wont appreciate it or reflect the same energy back?
Or felt a fear of being misunderstood or judged, so you keep things to yourself. Or had that feeling that something is so special and sacred to you, that if someone else were to see it or it wouldn't be as special. If it were to be popularized, it would turn into a commodity.
This type of hesitancy builds within us with regards to sharing. Specifically sharing stories of our experiences and hopes and dreams. Its easier to share food, clothing, your house-- but when it comes to sharing the deeper thoughts in your mind, your boldest ideas, your strongest opinions, your life changing experiences... It can feel raw
