Michael Hession received his medical degree with honours from Dartmouth Medical School, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. His internship and residency in Internal Medicine were completed at Boston Medical Center, formerly known as University Hospital. From there, he went to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he completed his Cardiology fellowship under Bernard Lown, MD. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has been a clinical Instructor of Medicine at Boston University Medical School, at Harvard Medical School and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Tufts Medical School. Eight times, he has been cited by Boston Magazine as a Top Doctor in the field of cardiovascular disease.
