What shame are you hiding?

Fellas, this episode is for you.

As a man, I've carried with me different types of shame through my life that have had a big impact on how I see the world and operate in it. I learned early on that burying my shame and pretending it wasn't there was the safest way for me to operate.

The truth is, it's not.

And for me, it took years of living in denial and robbing myself of true joy and fulfillment, that finally helped me see that.

In today's episode we're tackling a topic that lives within many men -- shame. I'm pulling from various sources here to help you understand shame, watch how it plays out in the lives of men like you, and see how other men are choosing to face it.

My intention with this episode is that it inspires you to look into those dark corners of yourself where you have been hiding your shame, and finally choose to bring it out into the light.
