It's true that almost all of us want to do more exercise. It's also true that most of us don't. Primarily, it's mental barriers which inhibit us from progressing forward. Fear of judgement, procrastination, lack of knowledge, and perfectionism are all areas that hold us back. I break each of these down and give my input as someone that's observed a lot of these in clients that I've worked with.
